SurfHQ is a South African surf, bodyboard, skate and lifestyle retailer offering products and accessories for surfing, bodyboarding, skateboarding, swimwear, wetsuits, clothing, footwear, accessories and related gear. All references to 'we', 'our', or 'us' refer to SurfHQ.

- Certain products may have limited quantities; once sold out, restocking time may vary.

4. Pricing & Payment

- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice.
- Payments are processed securely via our payment partners (e.g., PayFast, Just Pay Now).

5. Shipping & Delivery

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times depend on your location and chosen courier service.
- We currently deliver across South Africa.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details.

6. Returns & Exchanges

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear and undergarments are not returnable.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless defective.
